This December at The Maya Kitchen, Chef Christine “Kittin” Zenarosa will be sharing again her expertise in baking. I’ve attended one of her baking session at Maya Kitchen once and she’s great. She taught us some techniques in baking, important tips and delicious cakes!
Chef Christine “Kittin” Zenarosa finished Associate of Science in Culinary Management from Daytona Beach College in Florida, USA and also took up further studies at the Culinary Institute of America. She is a partner at the Cookbook Kitchen where she also manages the catering division.
This coming weekend, December 3, Chef Kittin will be sharing her good baking recipes at The Maya Kitchen Culinary Art Center in Makati City. She’ll be teaching us how to bake Scarlet Cake, Lemon Pie, Strawberry Shortcake Overload, Cupcake Tower with Christmas Topper and Moist Chocolate Cake!
