Tapa Rice (1)

Here in my receipe of Tapa Rice, I made use of theTapa bought in Taal, Batangas. I usually buy Tapa in Taal because it is one of the best I’ve tried. Good thing we have a friend who’s parents sells Sepcial Tapa and Longganisa at the public market of Taal, Batangas. Gerry & Lheen is the name of the stall.

For advance order (bulk) you can reach them at 0916-7905898 or 043-4081504

Anyway, Taal, Batangas is quite far from Manila to buy authentic tapas. You can actually make your own version of Tapa and you can check the beef tapa recipe and sinangag (garlic rice) here.
