The following day, I was chatting with her for the last minute preparation just in case I missed or misinterpreted some of the recipe’s details. Then, another friend, Ria Jose of Kusina ni...

Been wanting pork chops for dinner and decided to go to the grocery to get some. I was given very thick pork chops slices (so unusual for me because I’m used to thin slices heheh).
Since I’m not that really good into cooking, I decided to make an experiment out of my pork chops. Based on what I ordered from a grill bar, aside from salt and pepper that i smell, it smelled like they use a rosemary leaves on it and the grilled pork chop that I ordered has a slight tangy taste and I suspect they’ve used lemon or calamansi aside from soy sauce.
Here’s my version.

Aglio Olio Pasta is one of the most easy pasta recipe to do. All you have is to cook the pasta the right way for you and toss them to the oil sauce and that’s it. But sometimes we have to use our creativity in cooking this recipe like adding more spice or some toppings to make it more tastier.

1 Bottle of extra virgin olive oil
4 large elephant garlic heads finely chopped
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of dried basil leaves finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese grated
Cook spaghetti to Al dente and...
