My friends and I were looking for a different kind of place to eat, something new or extra ordinary. We ended up at Pepper Lunch at Alabang Town Center.
It was my first time to experience a DIY or Do-It-Yourself dish!
Just like in Tatsunoko Restaurant, or whenever I go to a Japanese restaurant for the first time, I always try the Kani Salad.
Kani is the Japanese name for crab so its thinly sliced kani, cucumbers, carrots mixed with Japanese mayo.
At Pepper Lunch, they serve the kani salad in a cup. Bongga!

After having dinner at Pancit ng mga taga Malabon, I and my buddy decided to look for a place where we can have our dessert. We ended up looking at Alabang Town Center’s food choices at the 2nd floor of the main mall.
They looked delicious and affordable so why not try? Hehehe. The kind sales attendant gave us some samples of Brazos and explained to us what kind of Brazos were those. They were good, and we bought a bar of Pecan Beach Party (a kind of brazo with pecan nuts) and Copacomango (another kind of brazo with Mangos).
