Most people work overtime at the office to earn so they can buy the things they need and want. Some people work just to meet their needs to survive like food, clothes and shelter – which are all important basic needs to us,
Meanwhile, it is a fact that when you work overtime, you earn more! Not just money, but you also get opportunities to get promoted in the, that’s why people work very hard.
However, there is a trade off, and that’s getting STRESSED – because they’re tired and sometimes get disapointment because they fail to achieve their work goals.
To get rid of stress, it’s not just eating properly and getting enough sleep that’s needed. You should also pay attention to what your body is saying every day.
Moreover, you also need to exercise, no matter how short – at least do it regularly. You may be eating healthy and getting good sleep, but exercise helps you so much more in boosting your immunity and relieving work-related stress.
Give your health a time! A physically fit person can attract more clients as they say. Doing such can imporve a lot of things in your life and improves your immunity against sickness.
Remember that stress is very harmful to humans. They say that stress can cause physical effects, such as depression, diabetes, hair loss, heart disease, obesity, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ulcers, and cancer.
