Been very busy for the past few months and I never realize that my belly is getting bigger and bigger. I do work out regularly and yet my weight still increases. My friends told me to add more physical activity but the things is I’m really busy on work.

I really had fun and great time attending my first marathon event. Its really a big effort in my part to wake up as early as 4AM just for me to prepare for my first run. I’m not really used to run nor to jog and be with lots of people running that’s why I decided to participated only on the 3 kilometer category.
