It’s really hard to be a smart shopper especially in picking the right brand of things for your body essentials.
Yes, it’s really hard especially if you are not the only one who will use it at home. You have to consider also if it’s compatible with your housemates as well.
A few years ago, I was making a trial and error in selecting the right shampoo for me. I found a nice one, but unfortunately, other people in the house didn’t like it – I consider that a waste of money.
You’ll notice right away when a shampoo brand is not really meant for you. You’ll see...

How can you be...

In the Philippines, it’s part of our culture to eat and eat. We can eat a total of 6 times a day! Three minor meals or snacks and three major meals! We are really fond of eating.
And it’s “the deadlier the better” for some! But Manileños nowadays, are getting into the trend of losing weight and being physically fit! We are...

Before, whenever I’m hungry and craving for roasted chicken, Kenny Rogers Roasters always come to my mind first. I can’t help it because they’re really different. I think they’re the only fast food restaurant that serves really good roast chicken; not to mention the corn muffins that I really love.
For the past few months, I’ve tried to be really cautious of what I eat and you know how hard it can be to find a fast-food restaurant that serves healthy food. If you want to eat healthy, then you have to go to those expensive specialty restaurants.
Good thing that...
