I was thinking of what to do with my frozen pork chops for our late lunch. Googled some recipes and tried something different. I was thinking of baking them instead of grilling or frying. There I found a blog of a close friend who’s into cooking, Aileen Apolo de Jesus, made Baking Chops using Hunt’s Honey Hickory.
I remember, a friend of mine gave me a bottle of Hunts Honey Hickory Sauce because she knew that I am fond of grilling pork chops that’s why she recomend and gave me this. Hmmm this made my day! Now’s my chance to use and try them heheh.
I just have to add some of my favorite herbs and some spices like the dried basil and rosemary leaves to give more aroma to the pork chops.
Serving suggestion: Separate the baked sauce to a serving sauce cup and place the Baked Pork Chop on a platter lined with the baked tomatoes on the side.
